Te Māngai Pāho CEO Larry Parr says urgent change is needed for the Māori broadcasting sector. Part of that means changing what he calls an outdated Māori broadcasting funding model.
Parr explains that these changes will not only save money but could also lead to closer relationships between the various broadcasting stakeholders.
