Te Reanga Mōrehu o Rātana pay homage to their 30 whānau members of Rātana Pā who've departed in just the last year.
They uphold, as always, the Good Word, and the teachings of Tahupōtiki Wiremu Rātana.
Te Reanga Mōrehu o Rātana return to the Aotea regional stage after a formidable stand at last year's Te Matatini Festival held in Rotorua, which was their fourth appearance at national level.
While they conveyed their best wishes to their peers taking to the stage today, they certainly treated the audience to a memorable performance.
Their leaders are Te Oranga Tamou and Tema Hemi, who are also the group's tutors alongside Te Taepa Kameta.
