Bone Thugs N Harmony were one of the world's most accomplished rap groups of the 90s.
Now they've taken a young Māori rap artist under their wing.
Matene Te Kahu-Ariki of Ngāi Tahu has spent many years studying and imitating Bone Thugs N Harmony.
Bone Thugs N Harmony received a formal welcome in Auckland yesterday, an experience Krayzie Bone says he will never forget.
Matene AKA 'Young Shuck' and Bone Thugs N Harmony are in Auckland shooting a video clip.
Matene revealed, "We have a single together were dropping called Live it to the Limit."
They had their first show together here in Auckland last night, and have two more shows around the country.
