The country waits for Winston

The country is still waiting for Winston Peters' decision on which party he will go into coalition with to establish New Zealand's new government.

Prime Minister Bill English says although they have worked with Peters in the past on many policies, nothing has come to fruition.

He also said Peters decision announcement may be delayed even further.  Peters is remaining tight-lipped, but has recently arrived in Wellington.
