COVID-19 level 4 protocols empty our nations' streets

On day one of very first lockdown in Aotearoa history, it seems people are listening to the Government's order to stay home. People had all but vanished from the streets of central Auckland, the largest city in NZ, with essential services being the only sign of life.

It was a scene replicated in most towns around the country.
