Daniel McKinnon's manager, Ken Reinsfield, is pleased to report that Daniel has regained consciousness after surgery and has been talking to his family.
Reinsfield says, “Considering he had brain surgery not that long before, excellent sign.”
Reinsfield says McKinnon had an emergency procedure on arrival and was in a serious condition in the Intensive Care Unit.
He will be moved from the ICU to the General Ward as soon as space becomes available, and a full recovery is expected in three months.
According to Mr Reinsfield, “I would like to see him hang up his gloves but his family will make that decision when they are ready.”
