Aaron Henry of Ngāti Maniapoto, Tainui and Ngāti Ranginui could soon be the next big name in the World-Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).
Aaron submitted an application to join the Tough Enough competition and if selected, he will take part in the reality tv series, he will join a group of wannabe WWE superstars.
He threw his name in the hat, the response he received was phenomenal.
Aaron's entry into Tough Enough has had huge interest and we can confirm, WWE are very interested.
He has a background in MMA and other fighting forms.
James Shaw, NZ IPW Champion is a long-time friend of Aaron, who will be moving to Japan to become a full-time wrestler.
It is understood in the coming weeks' Aaron will find out if he is a successful applicant for Tough Enough.
