Ngāpuhi MMA fighter, Faith 'The Immortal' Van Duin has kicked off her 2015 training for a possible fight against Canadian rival, Charmaine 'Not So Sweet' Tweet in February.

While a fight is yet to be officially announced, the Invicta FC fighters are rearing to go following the disappointment in December when their scheduled fight was cancelled due to Tweet having medical problems.

Van Duin hasn't been fazed by a recent post on social media in Tweet's attempts to have the two resigned to fight at Invictus FC 11, stating, "I don't do trash talk, trash talk goes in the bin with all the other trash."

Van Duin signed a five-fight deal with Invicta FC in the featherweight division earlier in 2014, and is currently ranked No.1 in New Zealand and fourth in the world for the MMA Featherweight Championship.

The solo mother of two based in Papamoa has also recently set up a Give A Little page to help raise funds for her MMA journey, check her page here (or http://givealittle.co.nz/cause/supporttheimmortal) or follow her on facebook here.
