While over 95% of votes have been counted and Kelvin Davis remains well ahead on over 8000 votes, Hone Harawira is insisting on waiting for the special vote count as he sits just under 7000.
Hone Harawira and his supporters have left his base in Kaitaia to return to their families, however Harawira is adamant he will not give up until the very last vote is counted.
