Kura kaupapa across NZ mass boycott of National Standards

In a letter to the Govt, the kura kaupapa national body has rejected a proposal to be assessed by a new set of national standards.
In 2010, the Ministry of Education began to implement Ngā Whanaketanga Rūmaki Māori, and urged KKM to reconsider its curriculum, Te Aho Matua.
At the national body's recent AGM, the proposal was rejected in a mass boycott by all schools.  Heeni Brown has more.
