Luke leads Kiwis' new haka

A great result for the Kiwis ahead of the Rugby League World Cup in England this coming weekend.

They demolished the Cook Islands this morning in a warm-up fixture in Doncaster.

A new haka to fire them up to defend the World Cup.

Despite it being a mere warm-up fixture, the Kiwis were eager to put their hard work into practise.

Solid attack, momentum and determination put the Kiwis in good stead going forward.

As a result, the Kiwis led 24-0 at half-time, with tries to Jason Nightingale, Elijah Taylor, Manu Vatuvei and Bryson Goodwin.

Nightingale and Goodwin completed doubles in the second half as the Kiwis ran in nine tries in total.

Hooker Issac Luke was awarded Man-of-the-Match.

The Kiwis will face Samoa this Sunday in their opening match at Halliwell Jones Stadium in Warrington.
