Māori whānau sell up to travel the world

One Māori whānau has gone the extra mile in documenting their one-year voyage around the world.

In December 2014, the Morgan Whānau made the big call to sell their belongings in Australia to go travelling with their children.  The family of six are currently in Vietnam and have visited 7 countries to date.

According to a post on the family’s website, “We have four children.  Our girls are aged 12 and 10, and our boys, 8 and 3.  Today our home is where ever we are together and our house is 7kg carry-on luggage only.”

The Morgan's have been actively documenting their travels online to the extent of creating their very own website - www.morgansgotravelling.com.

Te Kāea will bring you more details as they unfold.
