Milner-Skudder on his return to form

Nehe Milner-Skudder has been named in the Hurricanes’ starting line-up against the Crusaders this Saturday.

After a calf injury saw him sit out last week’s game, the youngster has found form again to snatch the fullback jersey back.

Milner-Skudder has been in blistering form this season, helping the Canes to the number one spot on the Super 15 ladder but the 24-year-old is cautious, "I'm just happy to be part of it and helping out with the team and our performances, so yeah still a long way to go in the season but happy with how it's gone so far."

Part of the Hurricanes Development squad last year, Milner-Skudder got his first start with the side this season, and though he's been tipped as a future All Black, it’s the Canes that have his full attention, "To be honest I think that’s a long way off, my focus at the moment is playing well for the Hurricanes and just making the team each week" Mr Milner-Skudder said.

The Hurricanes take on the Crusaders at the Cake tin this Saturday with kick off at 7:35pm.
