The Māori Party candidate for Ikaroa-Rāwhiti, Nā Raihania says while he was disappointed with the number of votes he received, he and his supporters are in high spirits.
Nā Raihania also congratulated Te Hāmua Nikora on a strong campaign in this race.
While he hasn’t ruled out standing for the seat again he says it is a matter that he will need to discuss with his family and the Māori Party.
He spoke with Mihingarangi Forbes about the campaign and his thoughts overall.
