Native Affairs wishes to pay tribute to our dear friend and colleague, the larger than life Anzac Pīkia.
Anzac was a highly regarded journalist and producer and graced the screens of both Māori Television and TVNZ for over two decades. A dedicated exponent of Te Reo Māori, Anzac will also be remembered for his devotion to kapa haka and the Māori Performing Arts.
Our thoughts go out to his Mum, Evelyn, big sister Averil, nephew Rawiri, and all his whānau, friends and colleagues.
