Native Affairs - A Rousing End

She was the queen of the shearing sheds, a world champion rousie with six titles.

But it was Joanne Kumeroa's competition with cervical cancer that finally broke her winning streak. Last month Joanne passed away on the 16th of April and was laid to rest at Aramoho in Whanganui.

Before she passed her whānau invited Native Affairs home to record her final interview.
