We know there are dairy owners hooking our rangatahi on cigarettes by selling them one at a time.  It's illegal but it's still happening, and it appears some dairy owners aren't afraid to break the law.

So what's the Government doing about it?

Native Affairs invited both the Minister of Health Johnathan Coleman and the Associate Minister Peseta Sam Lotu-I'iga to discuss the issue tonight, both were unavailable.  But earlier Billie Jo Hohepa-Ropiha spoke to Brendon Baker from the Ministry of Health's Tobacco Control Programme and started by asking him about the Ministry's concerns about the sale of single cigarettes?
