Tuhoe's Antoinette Grootjans has a very simple and ambitious goal, to be the first woman to referee an NRL game. She cites her biggest achievement so far as refereeing the women's premiere final last year, but for Antoinette, that's just the beginning.
She's set her sights high, but, as you'll see, she isn't afraid to put in the hard yards to prove she has what it takes to make it to the top of the game.
