Te Rūnanga ā-iwi o Ngāpuhi has come out in strong support of Ngāti Hau of Whakapara who have told an Australian mining company to stay out of its tribal territory.
This follows Ngāti Hau standing up against the Government earlier in the week. Dean Nathan has this report.
