Ngāti Maniapoto hapū looking for ways to afford to build on its land

Ngāti Rora of Ngāti Maniapoto is looking for ways to afford to build on its land. However, the challenge at the moment is paying for infrastructure such as building roads, setting up power and water. The Waitomo District Council wants to help this dream happen for the hapū because it also wants to build houses beside the Ngāti Rora land.
