The New Zealand Fitness Expo is the only event in the country dedicated to helping inform and educate the public in Health and Fitness. During the two-day event held the weekend at Auckland's ASB Showgrounds we spoke to athletes including Warriors Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, All Black Liam Messam, outlet providers, nutrition experts and the public about the current health and fitness landscape in Aotearoa. We get their views on healthy choices, how choosing a healthier lifestyle has helped change their lives and some simple advice on to tackle obesity which leads to many health issues later in life.
