This is the first time a Prime Minister will be holding a breakfast at Waitangi since 2015 and this time ministers will be swapping their suits for aprons to serve breakfast to the public.
It is not yet clear which ministers will be taking to the hotplate, but no doubt the people of the North are keen to see their ministers mucking in to take care of the visitors.
