Dream of new marae based in Sydney

The relationships between Māori and Australia's indigenous go far back, but next year will finally bring to fruition a dream long held by a group of descendants of Ngāpuhi and Rev. Samuel Marsden, who established a seminary college in Sydney.

200 years on, and preparations are underway for new land to be used as a base for a marae.
