Sharks walk away with thrilling victory

It was a slow start for the Crusaders, dropping the ball in the first few minutes, leaving plenty of room for the Sharks to make a move.

Mistakes by the visitors were quickly snatched up by the home side. Dirty play by the Sharks earned Jean Deysel a red card.

Come second-half, the Crusaders were showing signs of weakness taking the score 13-17 to the Sharks.

Thanks to Colin Slade's impeccable kicking, the Crusaders had a chance.

Despite the Crusaders overwhelming 71% territory statistics, they were unable to translate it on the score board.

It was a final push over the line that sealed the home sides fate, the Sharks winning 30-25.
