Regional Economic Development Minister Shane Jones is preparing to start distributing the government's $3 billion Regional Growth Fund.
Some regions are excited by the opportunities that that fund represents, but as those moves are being made, there is a glaring concern in some of those regions, including Te Tai Toikerau and that is the drug 'P'.
So should the government be putting their focus on addressing that issue first?
