Silver Ferns thrash Samoa in game two of Oceania Tri-Series

Following their win against Fiji on Monday night, The Silver Ferns have managed to secure their second win against Samoa, 89-23.

This match allowed coach Waimarama Taumaunu to test her combinations out as a preview before the upcoming Netball World Cup.

Goal Shoot Ellen Halpenny was teamed up with Maria Tutaia who has recently returned to the game following an injury, whilst tour captain Laura Langman was introduced as centre.

The Silver Ferns maintained a high intensity game and made full use of Samoa's unforced errors.

Samoa and Fiji will square off tomorrow night while the Silver Ferns will endure their second match against Fiji in Suva on Thursday.
