The footage of an intoxicated boy at a Hamilton skate park which instantly went viral over the internet has brought three people to justice.
Two males aged 20 and 27, and a 25-year-old female were each charged with supplying alcohol to a minor under the Sale and Supply of Liquor Act, the maximum penalty of which is a $2000 fine.
The video had an immediate impact online which showed the boy staggering and falling-down drunk.
All three are from the Fairfield area. They will appear in the Hamilton District Court on January 28.
Police and Child Youth and Family are continuing to support the boy and his family following the incident.
