Tāmaki Makaurau Senior Kapa Haka Regionals - Ngā Tapuwae o Mataoho

Ngā Tapuwae o Mataoho representing Te Waiōhua, Māngere, have returned to the Tāmaki regionals since last standing in 2006.

Qualifying twice for the national competition but only standing at the 2002 Kapa Haka Nationals held at Takaparawhā, Ōrākei, they have a strong message about the land taken from Te Waiōhua, as well as their ancestral water body, Ōruarangi, also known as the 'Purple River'.
