Te Arawa is preparing for the arrival of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in Rotorua on Wednesday.
Trevor Maxwell, who is co-chair of the organising committee for the Royal Visit, will choose who will perform for the Royals in a private function at Ōhinemutu.
Maxwell says it was important to keep plans for hosting the couple under wraps until they were able to release it.
