Te Pikikōtuku o Rongomai impressed the masses today as they took to the stage at the Te Arawa Senior Kapa Haka Regionals.
Their unique style is sure to help in their bid to represent their region at the next Te Matatini Festival being held in Ōtautahi.
During their intense preparations for this year's competition, some of their kaihaka have been working towards living healthier lifestyles, and are trying to, or have been able to quit smoking through the WERO Challenge competition.
