Gluten Free Piko Piko Soda Bread
Ingredients:
- Pikopiko
- gluten free flower
- soda water
- butter
Method:
- Slice up pikopiko
- simmer for 3-4 mins.
- Put 1 cup of soda water into a low bowl,
- mix in 1 cup of gluten free flower to make a wet dough.
- Butter your dish,
- add piko piko,
- then steam for 1 hour.
