Waimāhia Intermediate School

Bringing history and honour back to the area by honouring mana whenua as its first settlers.

This was the reasoning behind a recent name change undertaken by Weymouth Intermediate School in Manurewa, South Auckland, now officially known as Waimāhia Intermediate School.

New principal Shaun Stevenson says that along with a new school logo and motto, there's a famous saying that will guide them on a new path towards building their own house.
