Both Paula Bennett and Tariana Turia are Associate Ministers of Housing . Bennett keeps her Social Development portfolio and Turia is Minister for Whanau Ora and Disabillity issues as well as Associate Minister for Health Housing and Social Development and Tertiary Education.
Pita Sharples remains Minister of Māori Affairs and Associate Minister of Education and Corrections.
Sharples says he supports the new Government while admitting working with them can be a struggle at times, however he says due to his and his colleague Turias hard work as well as the rest of his Party, they have achieved a lot for Māori.
Simon Bridges was lucky enough to pick up three portfolios and is now Minister of Energy and abour as well as scooping up the title as Associate Minister of Tourism.
